Solace is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join our platform engineering team and help build the infrastructure powering the future of healthcare. You enable product and data engineers to move aggressively and deploy daily, design safeguards to autonomously recover from failures, and fix things when they can't.

You are a generalist who can work both independently and as part of a team, spanning high-level architecture and low-level foundations. You are curious and always learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment.
• Strong Linux command line skills and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Help build out cloud infrastructure and platform.
• Assess risk for changes to live environment.
• Join on-call rotation.
• Troubleshoot complex interactions of tech, governance, and people.
• Design autonomous self-healing processes.
• Be a resource for product and data engineers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and internal platform customers.
