Job summary

You will partner with refinery stakeholders and Digital teams to define strategy, influence priorities, and drive enterprise-scale initiatives from concept through value realization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business/IT initiatives.
- Experience leading complex business and technology initiatives in industrial environments preferred.
- Familiarity with IT/OT convergence and cross-functional system integration.
Responsibilities
- Lead identification, evaluation, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives.
- Present and influence senior management on digital roadmap opportunities.
- Coordinate with business and IT leaders to align technology investments with objectives.
- Recommend system enhancements and new architectures as needed.
- Partner with teams to measure performance and drive planning.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems.
- Mentor colleagues in ITSM practices and improve team capabilities.
- Define and execute cross-functional testing strategies for technology delivery.
- Capture and communicate user stories and feedback to leadership.
