Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure services, and modern integration patterns.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, and related tech for extending Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
• Power Platform security and secure development practices.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
• Certifications PL-400 and/or AZ-204 are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software engineering initiatives within the enterprise platform.
• Execute a defined software engineering roadmap aligned with tech strategy.
• Develop, test, and debug complex features with limited supervision.
• Propose improvements to SDLC and agile practices.
• Design and prototype features; conduct cross-functional collaboration and demos.
• Translate design and architecture into detailed specifications.
• Deliver high-quality, innovative solutions; estimate efforts and track progress.
• Implement new architectures and standards consistent with business strategy.
• Document software designs; collaborate with partners to meet standards.
• Foster continuous improvement, AI usage, and automation in engineering processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and advance team maturity.
