inspiracareers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own the full software development lifecycle for web and API applications. You will work across front-end and back-end stacks using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and GraphQL, driving scalable designs and DevOps-oriented solutions.

Qualifications

This role requires 5+ years in software or solution architecture with enterprise-scale design.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with Continuous Delivery, cloud foundations, observability, and developer experience patterns.
Analytical, problem-solving skills and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test applications (APIs, web apps) per standards.
Collaborate with design and product teams using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL.
Mentor teammates through code reviews, documentation, and guidance.
Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
Support an inclusive environment and cross-functional collaboration.
Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code.
Plan, design, and build software with architects and stakeholders.
Ensure security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
Work in an Agile framework to boost developer experience and productivity.
Stay updated on technologies and best practices in architecture and innovation.
Troubleshoot and debug issues; create design diagrams and technical docs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
