Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Administrator to own Azure DevOps governance, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud integrations across Azure and AWS. You will partner with security, engineering, and compliance teams to mature platform standards and drive secure, scalable DevOps practices.

You will lead governance forums, define best practices, and enable self-service through reusable modules while maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines and service connections across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of industry experience with 1+ years at Senior Associate or external equivalent.
• Experience with automation and development related to infrastructure operations.
• Experience in Kubernetes and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Experience with Karpenter for API scaling in the Cloud.
• Proficient in AWS cloud components for designing stateful/stateless apps.
• Terraform expertise for infrastructure as code.
• Extensive hands-on Azure DevOps administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps – orgs, projects, pipelines, boards, artifacts, permissions, templates, and integrations.
• Deep understanding of Git workflows, branching, PRs, policies, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the in-house CI/CD pipeline as a contributor on the Cloud development platform team.
• Serve as CI/CD automation expert, planning release automation for products at various maturity levels.
• Deploy infrastructure across environments using Terraform integrated with Azure DevOps.
• Design and develop scalable AWS apps using modern cloud tools and patterns.
• Establish cloud infrastructure standards, templates, and processes; collaborate on architecture decisions.
• Build and operate secure, scalable AWS platforms across compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Enable developer self-service via reusable Terraform modules and automated provisioning.
• Improve AWS platform reliability through observability, incident troubleshooting, and automated recovery.
• Administer Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, permissions; standardize naming and assets.
• Monitor platform health, usage, costs, risk, and user experience to improve governance.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, branch policies, PRs, and templates with cross-team partners.
• Troubleshoot build/release issues, permissions, agent pools, variable groups, and service connections.
• Partner with security teams on DevSecOps; support audits, access reviews, and credential governance.
• Maintain Wiz and Azure DevOps integrations with cloud, identity, reporting, ITSM, and more.
• Configure Azure Boards for Agile delivery; improve planning, tracking, and cross-team visibility.
• Other activities as assigned by manager.
