Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Administrator to own governance, security, integrations, and CI/CD improvements across Azure DevOps and cloud platforms. You will partner with engineering, security, and architecture to mature standards, controls, and operating practices, while leading the Azure DevOps governance committee.

The role requires hands-on Azure DevOps administration, Terraform for infra, and strong Git workflows, with a focus on scalable, secure DevOps delivery in a remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in the industry with senior level experience.
• Automation and development work for infrastructure operations.
• Kubernetes and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).
• Karpenter for API scaling in the cloud.
• Extensive Azure DevOps, including pipelines, boards, and service connections.
• Strong Git workflows, branching and code review practices.
• DevSecOps practices, security-as-code, and privileged access governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the in-house CI/CD pipeline as an individual contributor.
• Lead CI/CD automation plans for products at different maturity levels.
• Deploy infra across environments using Terraform with Azure DevOps.
• Design scalable AWS stateful and stateless apps with modern cloud patterns.
• Set cloud standards, templates, and governance with partners.
• Operate secure, scalable AWS platforms across compute, networking, storage, and identity.
• Enable self-service via Terraform modules and automated provisioning workflows.
• Improve AWS reliability with observability, incident troubleshooting, and auto-recovery.
• Administer Azure DevOps projects, repos, pipelines, permissions, configurations.
• Monitor platform health, governance, costs, risk, and user experience.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, branch policies, PRs, build validation.
• Troubleshoot build/release issues, permissions, agent pools, and dependencies.
• Partner with security teams on DevSecOps and secure pipeline controls.
• Maintain Wiz and Azure DevOps integrations and troubleshooting of service connections.
• Configure Azure Boards for Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban, tracking delivery plans.
• Lead governance forums, document standards, and drive action items.
