Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Developer Experience teams.
• Strong Node.js/TypeScript expertise and full-stack capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview engineering teams to identify friction and prioritize tooling.
• Design reusable patterns with Nest.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Own Kubernetes/ArgoCD deployments and improve deployment safety.
• Refactor legacy code into scalable, maintainable modules.
• Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical skills.
