Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Director to lead multimodal GenAI and infrastructure management at scale. • Ph.D. or advanced degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• 15+ years of technology leadership, AI/ML engineering, cloud infrastructure or related domain.
• Proven track record delivering production AI/ML or cloud infrastructure services at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Set the long-range roadmap and operating model for multimodal GenAI services and infrastructure.
• Lead development of capabilities across LLMs, vision-language models, and multimodal AI platforms.
• Own compute, networking, storage, data, and GPU/HP C capacity for high-volume GenAI workloads.
