Job summary

3Pillar is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the deployment of the NEXUS platform in client production environments. You will design multi-cloud infrastructure and partner with client IT groups to establish SysOps frameworks using Helm, Terraform, and AI-driven automation.

This senior individual contributor role emphasizes scale, security, and long-term operational sustainability in client environments.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Production-grade Terraform experience for multi-cloud environments.
Experience integrating or managing AIOps platforms and automated observability stacks.
Ability to translate platform requirements into operational success with client IT teams.
Strong Kubernetes and Helm experience for multi-service platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead client collaborations and guide client IT groups on operating bespoke NEXUS deployments.
Manage platform lifecycle with client-aligned delivery teams and ensure timely updates via Helm charts.
Tailor infrastructure and workflows to integrate NEXUS with client monitoring and ticketing systems.
Architect AI-assisted provisioning workflows across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Integrate AIOps into client ecosystems to enable proactive anomaly detection and remediation.
Evolve Helm-based platform layers and Terraform libraries for standardized, secure deployments.
