Job summary

3Pillar is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the deployment of the NEXUS platform across client production environments. You will design multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and partner with client IT teams to establish SysOps frameworks, focusing on scale, security, and long-term operational sustainability.

You will lead platform engineering initiatives, implement AI-driven automation, and advance Helm-based delivery pipelines while ensuring compliant, secure operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
• Production-grade Terraform experience—modular multi-cloud IaC.
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with AIOps platforms and automated observability.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to client IT groups, guiding best practices for NEXUS deployments.
• Manage lifecycle of the platform with client-aligned delivery teams; ensure timely, reliable updates via Helm charts.
• Tailor infrastructure and workflows to integrate with client monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Architect and implement AI-assisted provisioning workflows across multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure security, IAM, logging, and compliance controls in enterprise environments.
