Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve the deployment of our NEXUS platform into client production environments.

This role blends Platform Engineering with Technical Advisory, designing multi-cloud infrastructure, and partnering with client IT groups to establish SysOps frameworks. You will leverage AI-driven automation tools to provision infrastructure, implement AIOps for anomaly detection, and ensure seamless product updates via Helm-based delivery

Qualifications

• Client-Facing Advisory & Enablement: Proven experience in a technical advisory or client-facing engineering role.
• DevOps & Infrastructure Expertise: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering; production-grade Terraform experience.
• AIOps & Observability: Hands-on experience integrating or managing AIOps platforms or automated observability stacks.
• AI-Driven Automation: Demonstrated experience building automation workflows to reduce manual toil.
• Platform Engineering at Scale: Deep expertise in Kubernetes and Helm; lifecycle of multi-service platforms.
• Foundational Cloud Operations: Strong AWS experience (EKS, IAM/IRSA) with multi-cloud aptitude.
• Identity & Security: Secrets management and SSO integration experience.
• Communication & Mentorship: Excellent written and verbal communication; mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical partner to client IT groups, guiding best practices for NEXUS deployments.
• Manage the lifecycle of the platform with client-aligned delivery teams for Helm-based updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor infrastructure and workflows for enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Build AI-assisted provisioning workflows to automate multi-cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Integrate AIOps into client ecosystems for proactive anomaly detection and remediation.
• Maintain and refine the AIOps knowledge base and RCA automation.
• Evolve Helm-based platform and Terraform libraries for standardized secure deployments.
• Design for Delegation with self-adapting workflows that handle ambiguity.
• Ensure IaC and remediation scripts meet enterprise security and logging standards.
