Job summary

You will drive lifecycle management, governance, and security while delivering executive-ready reports on value realization.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate across teams, and help establish resiliency, DR, and best practices for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in platforms/IT infra.
• Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments preferred.
• Experience with automation design patterns and monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize platform performance.
• Lead troubleshooting and runbooks for Power Platform and AI agents.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base and training for engineers.
