Job summary

Gravitee is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure that powers Gravitee's API management platform and AI gateway workloads.

You will build production-grade Kubernetes environments, automate deployments, and support customers with deep technical expertise. The role emphasizes AI-driven automation and robust operations in a fast-growing, global company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Proven ability to create and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong understanding of deployment automation and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and certificate management (ZeroSSL, Let’s Encrypt).
• Familiar with observability tooling such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure supporting AI Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
• Provide production-ready, Kubernetes-based environments for customers.
• Collaborate with support to ensure best customer experience with Gravitee products.
• Develop and maintain new infrastructure features with the team.
• Share knowledge through internal Gravitee TechTalks.
• Lead investigation of support tickets and resolve customer issues.
• Create knowledge articles and documentation for use cases.
