Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in platform engineering and related disciplines.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong cloud-native architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Demonstrated ability to establish technical direction and influence engineering strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise strategy, architecture, and roadmap for platform engineering capabilities.
• Lead the design and evolution of scalable platform products, shared services, APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and reusable engineering capabilities.
• Establish platform standards, reference architectures, and engineering patterns.
• Drive cloud-native modernization and adoption of modern software engineering practices.
• Define strategies for incorporating AI and intelligent automation into the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders and promote engineering best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
