Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Senior Platform Engineer for a Health Insurance client in Plano, TX. The role centers on building scalable platform services, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled engineering workflows to accelerate software delivery.

You will drive CI/CD, IaC, and guardrails, collaborating with platform, product, and security teams in a hybrid Plano environment. 2–5 years in platform engineering or automation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on programming with modern languages.
• Experience designing scalable automation, platforms, or self-service tooling.
• Certifications in cloud/DevOps/AI/Data Eng are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable platform services and shared capabilities.
• Build reusable APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and self-service tooling.
• Enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency.
• Establish secure delivery guardrails and standards.
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and operations.
