NTT DATA North America seeks an experienced Automation Platform Engineer / DevOps Systems Integration Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise automation solutions in a hybrid Plano, TX environment. The candidate should have 5+ years in automation, platform engineering, and systems integration, plus hands-on CI/CD experience and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Automation Tools, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Systems Integration.
• Experience supporting Windows-based infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on automation development, testing, and deployment.
• Experience integrating applications and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and platform solutions.
• Support and optimize enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments.
• Contribute to the development and support of automation platforms like COSMIC and LOEv3.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations and automation initiatives.
• Participate in SDLC activities including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Support DevOps/DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable software delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration issues.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across enterprise systems.
• Support project implementation and platform modernization initiatives.
