Job summary

ComResource is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead the design and evolution of scalable engineering platforms and shared services. You will architect APIs, SDKs, and self-service capabilities while driving modernization and secure, reliable delivery across teams.

You will champion intelligent automation and AI-enabled engineering practices, partnering with product, security, and operations to raise developer productivity and platform maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, software engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of platform, cloud, or DevOps experience with modern programming languages and automation.
• Experience delivering scalable platform solutions, reusable components, and self-service capabilities.
• Proven track record leading technical initiatives and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and evolution of scalable engineering platforms, products, and shared services.
• Architect reusable APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and self-service capabilities.
• Drive platform modernization and cloud-native adoption with governance guards.
• Lead intelligent automation across the AI-Driven Development Lifecycle.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, architecture, security, and operations teams.
