Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years building software on Agile teams, with Python preferred.
• 5+ years with public cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
• 3+ years in Platform Engineering, DevEx, or related roles.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation experience (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, Agents and MCP.
• Experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across teams.
• Desire to learn new technology across different areas.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement deployment automation for AI workforce tooling.
• Define standards for AI tooling configuration, security, and observability.
• Ensure observability of AI tooling adoption using Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.
• Own the internal prompt and skill marketplace across the enterprise.
• Develop workflow playbooks codifying AI‑SDLC integration patterns.
• Embed AI tooling into development workflows with delivery teams.
• Document and present learnings to the broader AI Enablement org.
• Collaborate with technology, infrastructure, and product teams for integration.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide customer support during business hours.
