Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of initiating, designing, implementing, and leading complex technical projects.
• Strong programming in Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Help define and execute the strategy for an Agentic AI-based Software Development Life Cycle.
• Evaluate and implement AI solutions that enhance design, development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate challenges into platform capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with global Platform Engineering teams to align priorities and direction.
• Champion engineering excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities.
