You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team with high visibility, shipping production-grade tooling and ensuring platform reliability while embracing AI-assisted coding tools and modern release strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in SRE, software development, or platform engineering with hands-on coding
• Demonstrated development experience: build, review, and ship production code independently
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows in daily engineering
• Kubernetes deployments, Helm, GitOps, canary/blue-green releases
• Cloud platform experience (AWS or OCI)
• Understanding of system architecture: databases, queues, load balancing, caching, APIs

• Incident and change management in customer-facing production environments
• Scripting languages: Python and Go
• Proven multitasking across incidents, builds, and strategic work

• Own platform lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, scaling, and decommissioning across Kubernetes, cloud, and on-prem
• Troubleshoot full-stack production issues from database to API to infra
• Drive database and infrastructure hygiene: cloning, migration, decommissioning, orphan cleanup
• Sit in on-call rotation and own escalations end-to-end
• Move fast with meticulous execution under time pressure
