Job summary

Supio is seeking a senior platform engineer to partner with the core engineering team and shape how we develop, deploy, and observe AI agents in production. You’ll own reliability, visibility, and the tooling that empowers teams to move fast in a rapidly evolving space.

You will work hands-on across infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform tooling, embedding with product engineers to deliver a scalable agentic experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform); CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with observability tooling and self-serve adoption.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM or agentic platforms in production.

Responsibilities

• Own Agent Reliability & Observability: evolve metrics, logging, tracing, and alerts.
• Drive Agent CI/CD: design and maintain pipelines for rapid, safe releases.
• Partner with Product Engineering: embed platform expertise into product development.
• Strengthen Core Infrastructure: support AWS, Kubernetes, databases, networking.
• Productize Self-Serve Tooling: create self-serve tools for product teams.
