What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Programmer to join our Platform team. Your role will involve solving performance and stability issues across multiple platforms and guiding internal teams on automated solutions to maintain high-quality engine releases.

In this role, you will

• Optimize iteration times and improve systems related to performance, memory, and user experience
• Establish workflows to validate performance improvements and prevent regressions
• Build tools and workflows to enhance developer efficiency and autonomy
• Serve as a bridge and subject matter expert between game developers and engine technology

What We're Looking For

• Excellent C++ skills and solid software engineering principles
• Extensive experience optimizing Unreal Engine (UE4 or later) for performance across consoles, PC, or mobile devices
• Experience profiling and optimizing CPU/GPU systems in game development or similar industries
• Proven ability to implement and debug large, robust systems in game or engine technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
