Job summary

Flexhire is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to improve how our engineering teams design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure, helping product engineers move faster with less operational overhead. You will own problems end to end, build reusable platform capabilities, strengthen observability, and collaborate with security and compliance teams.

Experience with AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD is valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product teams to understand workloads and pain points.
• Design and evolve AWS infrastructure with tradeoffs in reliability, cost, and velocity.
• Improve CI/CD systems and deployment practices, with safe rollouts and rollback strategies.
• Strengthen observability across applications and infrastructure with metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts.
• Document architectural decisions and raise infrastructure standards across engineering.
