Systems Group Manager – Management Systems Development to lead engineering and operational delivery for enterprise applications that support infrastructure governance, application resiliency, and operational visibility across hybrid environments. This role provides people leadership, technical direction, and end-to-end accountability for in‑house developed applications and automation platforms used broadly across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years experience with management approaches, tools, and cooperation.
• 10+ years experience in Information Technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise server inventory and governance across hybrid environments.
• Own multiple applications with emphasis on availability, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Develop automation capabilities for self-service server management and reduced operational overhead.
• Drive adoption of automation, APIs, and modernization initiatives for better scalability.
• Oversee production support, incident response, and change control processes.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards and infrastructure strategies.
• Establish KPIs for platform health, resiliency, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach engineers and Agile resources across multiple organizations.
