Qualifications

8+ years designing, architecting, deploying, and maintaining enterprise platform solutions.
2+ years administration and management of Quadient or equivalent platform.
Promote best practices, standardization, and cross‑department collaboration.
Automation and configuration management using scripting tools like Ansible, Linux shell, or PowerShell.
Upgrade planning with focus on security and vulnerability remediation.
AI/ML‑driven monitoring and automated incident resolution experience.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

Lead technology vision and partner with engineering to plan and support platforms.
Develop designs and integration solutions with engineering and application teams.
Oversee automation development and deployment with best practices.
Manage configuration, maintenance and operations for CCM platforms.
Create technical designs and complex integrations with engineers and teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to select stacks aligned with enterprise standards.
