Systems Group Manager - Management Systems Development to lead engineering and operational delivery for enterprise applications supporting infrastructure governance, resiliency, and visibility across hybrid environments. You will provide people leadership, technical direction, and end-to-end accountability for in-house applications and automation platforms used across the enterprise, defining roadmaps and driving improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 8 years experience with management approaches and influencing teams.
• Minimum 10 years IT environment experience.
• Experience leading enterprise software engineering teams and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise server inventory and governance across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Provide end-to-end ownership for multiple applications with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop automation capabilities enabling self-service network/server management.
• Drive adoption of automation, APIs, self-service platforms, and modernization initiatives.
• Oversee production support, incident response, and change control for supported applications.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps aligned with architecture standards and infrastructure strategy.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs focused on platform health and resiliency.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and Agile resources across organizations.
