Qualifications
- 10+ years as software engineer/architect or similar leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Hands-on architectural experience with multi-tier systems.
- Solid DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IaC experience.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive architecture strategy and lead technical leadership across projects.
- Create architecture frameworks, governance, and align with business goals.
- Write code to bootstrap core architecture components and drive adoption.
- Lead DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, and IaC across teams.
- Mentor engineers and grow internal guilds and technical maturity.
