Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Architect to design scalable contact center solutions leveraging Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS, driving modernization strategies and technical roadmaps for enterprise customers.

You will mentor pre-sales specialists, lead architecture decisions, and ensure security/compliance while collaborating with AWS and Zendesk partners on innovative CCaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales engineering or related roles with focus on contact center technologies.
• 5+ years in contact center technologies, including Amazon Connect and Zendesk.
• Strong architectural design and leadership in CCaaS.
• Experience with AWS services and security/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable contact center architectures using Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS.
• Lead technical strategy and roadmaps for contact center modernization.
• Provide mentorship to presales teams and ensure governance and best practices.
• Collaborate with vendors and customers during discovery, PoCs, and demonstrations.
• Develop technical documentation and sales collateral for customers and sales teams.
