Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Platform Architect to lead high-priority platform implementation projects and ongoing support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offers. You will interface with developers, solution architects, marketing strategists and digital marketing specialists to deliver scalable customer experiences.

The role requires deep AJO expertise, data modeling, and strong communication skills to guide architecture, governance and best practices across

Qualifications

3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations including architecture and activation.
3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Familiarity with Channel Configuration, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Audience Definition and Decision Management in AJO.
Experience with HTML, MJML, CSS and email coding is a plus.
Agency experience and client-facing delivery in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture and governance.
Lead discovery to capture business needs and solution requirements for digital marketing.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for data schemas and customer journeys.
Lead platform configuration and development of campaigns across channels.
Oversee system health and maintain compliance with policies.
Create Architecture and Technical specifications documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
