Job summary

Bounteous seeks a Platform Architect to lead high-priority platform implementation projects and ongoing platform support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offer management. This role interfaces with a cross-functional team to bring digital customer experiences to life.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with strong architectural vision and experience delivering complex marketing technology solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations completed.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Familiarity with AJO tasks: Channel Configuration, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Audience Definition, Decision Management.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for responsive emails.
• Agency experience with client-facing roles.
• Understanding of digital marketing execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Lead discovery to gather information from clients and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration and data schemas.
• Lead platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
• Oversee system health and lead engineers through maintenance protocols.
• Create architecture and technical specifications documents.
