The role interfaces with cross-functional teams of developers, architects, and marketing strategists to deliver data-driven customer experiences, while driving best practices, governance, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ full end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations completed.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Familiarity with Channel Configuration, Data Sources, Events, Actions, Audience Definition, and Decision Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices.
• Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to understand business needs and solution requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, system integrations and customer journeys.
• Partner with AEP / CDP Architects and Engineers to implement XDM schemas and data pipelines.
• Lead platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• Oversee development, testing and deployment of platform work completed by developers.
