Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience or 5+ years with leadership experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems aligned to roadmaps and standards.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks for scalable, secure development.
• Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle across multiple teams with DevOps practices.
• Implement cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling.
• Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and unblock progress across teams.
• Establish and monitor operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and availability.
