Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.
Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing DevOps architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI‑integrated features and intelligent automation.
Mentor engineers, promote technical quality, and guide architectural decisions to ensure maintainability and performance.
Manage stakeholder relationships, track operational metrics, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.
