Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company seeks an experienced Sr Platform Engineer II (Copilot & Copilot Studio) to design, implement, and support AI, Copilot, and automation solutions across the BPM Enablement Platform.

You will lead platform engineering, governance, and enablement, helping teams leverage Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint agents, and Microsoft 365 capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

8+ years of software or platform engineering experience.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and M365 technologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and API development.
Experience administering environments, security models, and governance controls.
Experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of AI/LLM solution architecture and prompt engineering concepts.
Experience supporting production enterprise platforms and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities

Support deployment and adoption of Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot enterprise-wide.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise agents, SharePoint agents, and Copilot experiences.
Administer Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI environments with governance.
Design scalable AI/automation solutions using Power Platform and Azure services.
Lead solution architecture reviews with security and compliance teams.
Provide technical leadership for agent implementations and CI/CD.
