ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead Platform Access Controls, expanding secure AI Agent access across the product stack. You’ll shape the authorization layer architecture, drive cross-team collaboration, and raise the bar for engineering craft across the org.

You will mentor engineers, define comprehensive test strategies, and own end-to-end delivery of critical security features in a highly distributed environment.

Formación

• 12+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 8+ years with a Master's; OR 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OOP, design patterns, and performance at scale.
• Expert in OO design with emphasis on Java and Golang; strong testing and CI/CD experience.
• Experience integrating AI into engineering work and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Set the technical vision and architecture strategy for the authorization platform across the product.
• Own features from design through delivery, turning business needs into cross-team solutions.
• Lead design and code reviews, championing security and performance best practices.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.
• Define test strategies for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
