Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing maintenance for plastics extrusion or similar continuous-process equipment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead all maintenance activities for plastics extrusion equipment and related production machinery.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with production leadership to address recurring issues.
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors when needed.
