Job summary

Johnson & Johnson/ Mentor Worldwide is seeking a Sr. Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to support the Los Angeles, CA territory.

You will drive Mentor product sales to surgeons, manage key accounts, and expand market presence through consultative selling in private practices, surgery centers, and hospitals. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in medical device sales, experience with surgeons in OR settings, and strong knowledge of breast anatomy and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years total work experience.
• Surgical sales experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years outside sales.
• 4+ years of medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling to surgeons in an OR environment and/or calling on plastic surgeons is preferred.
• Aesthetics sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of Mentor products to physicians.
• Expand current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales quotas.
• Build strong customer relationships and pursue territory growth.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
• Maintain awareness of regional budgets and contribute to territory plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines and company policies.
• Provide consultative sales support and competitive product differentiation.
