Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Aesthetics and Reconstruction, is seeking a Sr. Plastic Surgery Sales Representative to cover the Los Angeles territory.

You will lead product demonstrations to surgeons, translate clinical data into patient benefits, and drive growth for Mentor products in private practices, surgery centers, and hospitals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of outside sales experience, and preferred plastic surgery experience in an operating room setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of total work experience in outside sales.
• Surgical sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical and surgical techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proper surgical use of Mentor products to physicians.
• Maintains and expands current accounts; builds new accounts and meets sales quotas.
• Executes selling cycle professionally and ethically to drive customer action.
• Manages territory growth; develops and implements account plans.
• Communicates business opportunities to management and ensures regulatory compliance.
