Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in plasma etch or semiconductor processes.
• Experience in an accelerated R&D environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops processes related to semiconductor process equipment in the advanced logic and memory applications space.
• Performs simple maintenance on the applications lab equipment as needed.
• Designs and executes process optimization experiments; analyzes test data to determine limits and specifications.
• Coordinates machine activities in the applications lab including process development work and troubleshooting.
• Provides input for customer demos and acts as a technical customer interface.
• May require international travel for process start up and support at customer sites.
• Ensures quality processing of all material processed through the machine.
