Responsibilities

• Oversee plasma dry etch technology development.
• Lead supplier accountability programs.
• Establish manufacturing team structures, standards, and processes.
• Resolve yield, defectivity and cycle time issues in the process area.
• Perform statistical analysis using JMP.
• Drive MOR-POR gaps, PMI, SPC, and CSPEC.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve capacity or cost-reduction projects.
