Formación

• MS, PhD or equivalent with 10+ years in semiconductor process engineering.
• Experience developing dry etch processes in a research and development environment.
• Experience with ICP and CCP tools and RF sources/chemistries in dry etch.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of dry etch processes to meet structural and electrical specs.
• Partner with process integration and other engineering teams to influence integration flows and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex structural, process, defect, and hardware challenges.
• Develop and present process and technology roadmaps for current and future nodes and communicate status to leadership.
• Mentor dry etch engineers and collaborate with equipment vendors to drive solutions.
