Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Semiconductor Process Engineer SMTS or above to lead dry etch process development. You will mentor engineers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and shape roadmaps for current and future technology nodes.

Requirements include a PhD or MS with 10+ years of experience, expertise in ICP/CCP dry etch tools, and strong knowledge of plasma physics.Travel may be required for vendor collaboration and project work.
