CSL Plasma seeks a Senior Director of Strategy and Corporate Development to shape the enterprise strategy and lead cross-functional, often global initiatives. You will oversee inorganic growth opportunities, evaluate options, and present recommendations to the executive team and Board.

Responsibilities include leading M&A, partnerships, and strategic investments, coordinating with ELT, R&D, and enabling functions, and representing CSL Plasma at conferences.

Competenze

• 12+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting.
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and executing M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring capabilities.
