Job summary

CSL Plasma seeks a Director of I&T Plasma Engineering to define engineering standards and governance for all Plasma digital product domains. You will own the platform strategy, drive architecture governance, and lead cross-domain teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will govern AI/GenAI in production, guide security and compliance, and align with enterprise architecture to shape a robust data backbone and platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering governance and setting standards across multiple product domains.
• Expertise in AI/GenAI governance and reliable production deployment practices.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor executives, engineers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the 'how we build' standards across Plasma digital product domains.
• Set technical quality bars and govern platform architecture for platforms, tools, and pipelines.
• Provide direct leadership to cross-domain engineering staff and manage hiring standards.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and drive 12–24 month platform roadmap alignment.
