Job summary

CSL is seeking a Senior Plasma Business Architect to own the target-state business architecture for the Plasma portfolio. You will translate strategy into actionable architecture blueprints, define capability maps, and ensure alignment of technology investments with business value and regulatory requirements.

You will lead cross-functional design sessions, author architecture decisions, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Security, Privacy, and Compliance teams to uphold

Qualifications

• Mastery of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF/ArchiMate).
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture views and roadmaps.
• Proven leadership in architecture governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern Plasma business architecture across product portfolio.
• Define target-state capabilities, value streams, and process hierarchies.
• Produce architecture decisions and reference patterns, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead sessions with product and engineering teams to converge on committed designs.
