• Schedules staff to insure adequate coverage on all shifts.
• Assigns staff to maintenance and repair projects with instructions and plans.
• Observes work for safety, quality, and compliance with regulations and codes.
• Implements operation and safety procedures for Engineering Department operations.
• Oversees maintenance of energy management systems and controls.
