Zusammenfassung

Dow is seeking a production and logistics operations engineer to drive profitable operation by applying leadership and continuous improvement. You will analyze operational, quality, and logistics data to diagnose gaps and deliver value, owning corrective actions and data accuracy while aligning to plant and business goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating losses, prioritizing actions, and leading capital and non-capital projects through commissioning, start-up, and handover to Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• TWIC card required or eligibility to obtain TWIC.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and categorize production losses and deviations.
• Analyze data to validate results, diagnose gaps, and identify improvements.
• Prioritize corrective actions to close performance gaps in utilization, yield, uptime, quality, and reliability.
• Lead improvement opportunities aligned with plant and business objectives.
• Support capital and non-capital projects from commissioning to handover.
• Provide leadership during maintenance, unplanned events, and start-up.
