Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Dow Asset Production Engineer to lead improvement efforts, maintain safe operation of the Plaquemine production unit, and drive efficiency initiatives. You will work with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to deliver production targets and maintain asset integrity.

The role requires a chemical engineering background, hands-on experience, and strong data analysis skills to support process modelling and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 1 year plant process experience preferred.
• Experience with process modelling using Aspen software and knowledge of distillation, hydraulics, and PSM is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and efficient operation of the production unit.
• Lead process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Support SHE programs, PHAs, MOC processes and incident investigations.
• Provide data-driven analysis to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to meet production targets.
