• Oversee plant activities while ensuring 5S, safety, and ISO compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering to launch programs with cost-efficient tooling.
• Enhance performance by reducing costs and maximizing margins.
• Optimize resource allocation including equipment, suppliers and labor.
• Coordinate schedules, ERP usage, and BOM management for on-time delivery.
• Mentor and motivate staff to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
