W3Global in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Operations Manager to report to the COO and own day-to-day plant-floor operations across three poultry facilities and a frozen warehouse. You will observe, coach supervisors, and remove bottlenecks while driving throughput, cost control, and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience in USDA-inspected plants, building production teams, leading audits (SQF and third-party), and partnering with maintenance.

Formación

• Hands-on meat and poultry processing experience in USDA-inspected plants.
• Career progression from production roles, not just strategic or executive.
• Proven success managing and developing large production teams.
• Working knowledge of SQF audits, food safety, and temperature-zone management.
• Experience with ERP and data analysis; SAP Business One is a plus.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and change-management mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations across three plants and a frozen warehouse, with daily on-site presence.
• Coach supervisors and develop teams across multiple shifts.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase throughput on high-volume, machine-driven lines.
• Own USDA compliance and lead SQF and third-party audits.
• Partner with maintenance to improve equipment and capacity.
• Use data and KPIs to scale operations alongside company growth.
